This 2026 indoor season we are training at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track Center. We meet as a group on Sundays starting at 7 a.m. When we have competitions the day before or day of, we do not schedule practice.
Haste T.C. is a collective of dedicated, high-level Masters athletes (ages 25–70+) focused exclusively on championship pursuit and race preparation. Unlike traditional clubs, we do not operate under a coach-led model. Instead, we are a self-directed community of seasoned sprinters, hurdlers, and middle-distance runners—many with 10 to 20+ years of experience in the sport.
Our Focus is Competition, Not Coaching: We believe that at the Masters level, the best training comes from collaborative expertise. We show up, we put in the work, and we prepare to win.
Collaborative Training: We meet once per week to execute focused sprint and hurdle workouts. Members do go to the Gately during the week based on their work schedules.
Championship Goals: Our season is built around peaking for Masters State Assoc., Regional, National, and World Championships.
Specialized Groups: Our practices are organized into four primary disciplines: Short Sprinters, Long Sprinters, Hurdlers and Middle-Distance runners.
